Responsibilities

• Explain features, benefits and pricing of QRIS Soundbox machines to merchants.
• Build rapport with merchants, understand their needs and offer solutions.
• Manage follow‑ups with undecided merchants to close deals.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Record call outcomes and customer details accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with telesales manager to share updates and successes.
• Address objections confidently and professionally.

About Job

This Telesales role focuses on pitching and selling QRIS Soundbox machines to business owners (merchants). Key responsibilities include educating clients on product features, building strong rapport, managing follow‑ups, and recording call data in a CRM system to consistently hit daily and monthly sales targets (KPIs). Skills & Qualification

• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in Bahasa Indonesia.

• Basic computer skills to update CRM and manage call records.
