Role Description

The Telemarketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sidoarjo. This role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce promotions, explain beverage offerings, and encourage purchases. The Telemarketing Executive will handle inquiries, provide product information, and record customer feedback to support business development. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, following up on leads, maintaining accurate call and sales records, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. The role also requires delivering consistent, professional communication that reflects the company’s brand values and customer-first approach.

Qualifications
