Job summary

INDICO by Telkomsel is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory/Stock Analyst to manage stock availability, forecast requirements, and monitor inventory and sales performance. The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure stock supports demand and minimizes working capital needs.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in inventory or supply chain roles, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/ERP systems. A related Bachelor's degree is required for consideration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Management, Finance, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in Inventory Management, Stock Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or related role.
Understanding of inventory management and stock planning.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good understanding of working capital and inventory turnover.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with ERP/inventory management systems is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Able to analyze sales data and translate it into inventory requirements.
Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage stock availability and ensure sufficient inventory to support business and sales activities.
Calculate stock requirements and working capital needs.
Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess stock.
Monitor and analyze sales transaction performance.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure stock availability aligns with business demand.
Prepare and maintain stock and sales-related reports
