Job summary

INDICO, Telkomsel Group’s digital company, is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to optimize stock availability and working capital across the business. You will analyse stock levels, coordinate with Sales, Finance and Operations, and prepare stock and sales reports to support growth.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2–4 years of experience in inventory or supply chain roles, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ERP experience

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in Inventory Management, Stock Management, Supply Chain, or related role.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential.
Good understanding of working capital and inventory turnover.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage stock availability and ensure sufficient inventory to support business and sales activities.
Calculate stock requirements and working capital needs.
Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess stock.
Monitor and analyze sales transaction performance.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align stock with demand.
Prepare and maintain stock and sales-related reports.
