PT. KOPI BINTANG INDONESIA (TOMORO COFFEE) seeks aMaintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance on coffee machines, ovens, bar equipment, utilities, and store facilities across our growing store network.

This role ensures equipment operates safely, reliably, and within standards. You will inspect machines and facilities, troubleshoot issues, repair leaks or minor structural problems, and support New Store Openings or equipment replacements to keep stores ready for

Job description

Maintain routine and periodic maintenance on coffee machines, ovens, bar equipment, utilities, and store facilities to ensure all equipment operates safely, reliably, and within operational standards.

Check regular inspections of machines, tools, and basic store facilities, including minor civil conditions, to identify potential issues early and prevent major damage or operational disruption.

Handle equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and light-to-moderate facility repairs, including leaks, cracks, and minor structural issues, as well as urgent or emergency cases to minimize store downtime.

Support machine installation, setup, and testing for New Store Opening (NSO), store renovation, or equipment replacement to ensure readiness before store operation.

Operate diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and maintenance instruments according to SOP to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe repair execution.

Follow up on vendor or contractor maintenance and repair work to ensure timelines, quality standards, and agreed scopes are met.

Educate store teams on proper equipment usage and daily maintenance practices to reduce misuse and extend equipment lifespan.

Report maintenance activities, repair status, spare-part needs, equipment issues, and building condition updates to the Area Manager / Regional Manager for decision-making and escalation.
