Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior TechOps & Release Engineer to own operational health and release readiness for DevHome and partner channels. The role involves leading incidents, deployment safety, and automation across platforms, while collaborating with multiple teams to keep launches on track.

You will drive release workflows for Android/iOS, manage infrastructure in AWS, and improve tooling to reduce manual work. This hybrid role is based in Jakarta and requires strong ownership and problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in TechOps, DevOps, SRE, or release engineering roles.
• Proficient in Go and monorepo maintenance.
• Experience with release operations, mobile app releases, and change management.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and AWS infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes/EKS and CI/CD automation.
• Familiarity with GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational health and release readiness for DevHome and partner-facing platforms.
• Manage Android and iOS release activities, including cutoffs and phased rollouts.
• Resolve onboarding, access, and documentation publishing flows.
