Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience in a team setting using Java or .Net.
• Strong object oriented design and familiarity with design patterns.
• Experience with React.js, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js and state management libraries.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and AWS cloud platform.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools; monitoring with Grafana/Datadog/OpsGenie.
• Knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL; testing and automation experience.

The Team Lead plays a critical role in leading the development team to design, build, and deliver innovative software solutions that meet customer and business needs. The role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Global R&D teams to ensure successful product releases while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and scalability.

This position requires a strong technical background, the ability to mentor and develop team members, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in engineering practices, customer experience, and delivery outcomes. The Team Lead will also be responsible for team performance management, stakeholder communication, and issue escalation when required.

The Team Lead is responsible for leading a software development team to deliver high-quality product features and successful releases. This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with people management, driving engineering excellence, product innovation, and team development in a cloud‑based environment.

• Minimum 6 year experience of software development within a team using Java or .Net
• Advanced knowledge and experience of object oriented principles and design patterns
• Advanced knowledge and experience of working with Java
• Experience of UI/UX development with React.js, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, State Management (e.g. Redux Toolkit / Zustand / Recoil)
• Experience of web services e.g. SOAP, REST
• Experience with cloud platform, preferably AWS
• Experience of Cloud tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, OKD / OpenShift and CI/CD tools such as Harness and/or Jenkins
• Experience of Monitoring Tools such as Grafana, Datadog and/or OpsGenie.
• Knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL
• Knowledge of unit testing and automation testing
• Knowledge of cloud deployment
• Experience of performance testing and tuning
