PT Sepulsa Teknologi Indonesia (Jakarta) seeks a Head of Technology to lead the development and execution of technology strategies, ensuring seamless infrastructure and systems to support business objectives. Stay updated with trends and coordinate with executives to drive revenue through technology.

Design and lead the technical roadmap, assess requirements, and drive prudent resource and risk management to align with the IT roadmap.

Qualifications

Min. 10 years experience in relevant field and min. 5 years in leadership/supervisory roles.
Experience mentoring and building high performing software engineering teams.
Experience with high load transaction and traffic.
Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience driving digital transformation, leveraging cloud technologies, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives.
Oversee robust technical architectures aligned with security and industry best practices.
Manage hardware/software upgrades, server and storage capacity, and network bandwidth.
Ensure integrated, compliant technology solutions across departments.
Lead agile practices and project management within the tech team.
Share insights across the company to improve product and operations.
