Job summary

PT Media Indonusa (Jakarta) is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and develop scalable, secure applications aligned with business requirements. You will work across the full SDLC, integrating RESTful services, microservices, and databases within a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes secure coding, system integration, and a proactive approach to deployment, DevOps, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, QA, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field required.
• 5+ years in software development, system development, or similar tech role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, architecture, and software engineering principles.
• Experience designing scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, databases, system integration, and third-party services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop system architecture to meet business requirements based on the product backlog.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications per specifications.
• Apply secure coding standards and best practices.
• Integrate new systems with existing infrastructure and third-party services.
• Manage deployment and release processes for timely delivery.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues efficiently.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and technical guidelines.
• Prepare technical reports on service logic, system performance, and progress.
