Bank Jakarta is seeking a strategic technology professional to lead the IT strategy, roadmap, and portfolio. You will align technology investments with business priorities and drive digital transformation initiatives.

The role focuses on developing plans, prioritizing IT projects, and presenting strategic recommendations to senior management, leveraging EA and governance best practices to steer technology in banking.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT Strategy, IT Planning, IT Governance, or IT Project Management.
Banking industry experience is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT Portfolio Management.
Knowledge of IT governance, IT risk, and banking technology regulations.
Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Develop IT Strategic Plan, IT Roadmap, and IT Portfolio Management.
Support the preparation of the Bank's RSTI.
Lead prioritization of IT projects and change requests.
Prepare business cases and feasibility studies for strategic initiatives.
Align Enterprise Architecture with business and technology strategy.
Monitor digital banking, AI, cloud, data analytics, and emerging technology trends.
Prepare strategic presentations and recommendations for senior management.
