Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 10+ years in IT, with leadership experience.
• 5+ years in F&B/restaurant industry preferred.
• Experience leading IT across multi-location environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with growth and expansion.
• Lead digital transformation to improve efficiency and data visibility.
• Oversee core systems: POS, ERP, CRM, inventory, and other apps.
• Ensure scalable IT infrastructure across locations.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Marketing.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team.
