Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT Strategy, IT Planning, IT Governance, or IT Project Management.
• Banking industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT Portfolio Management.
• Knowledge of IT governance, IT risk, and banking technology regulations.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
