Job summary

Prevueaps in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to oversee quality across materials, processes, and products in a food/pharma manufacturing setting. You will direct QC systems, audits, and reports while coordinating with suppliers and production teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in chemistry, chemical engineering, or food technology, with at least five years of managerial QA/QC/Lab experience and strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, GMP, Halal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or food technology.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in QA, QC, and laboratory functions.
• Solid knowledge of QC systems in food/pharma manufacturing.
• Experience in QA audit systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, GMP, Halal and related standards.
• SPC certification/training with process monitoring experience.
• Willing to be placed at PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya, Cilegon, Banten.

Responsibilities

• Control the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and by-products.
• Manage the procurement of chemicals and operational materials.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely distribution of refining reports.
• Issue COAs for finished sugar products and final molasses, and ROAs for raw sugar and in-process materials.
• Prepare performance and auxiliary material consumption reports to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints and product returns.
• Analyze and resolve quality, food safety, and supply chain issues.
• Evaluate product, process, and packaging developments prior to implementation.
