Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in testing of materials and products. You will coach a team, maintain equipment, and drive continuous improvement in procedures and standards.
The role requires 5+ years in a lab with at least 2 years in supervision, plus strong knowledge of ISO standards and testing principles. Based in Serang, Banten, with English proficiency expected.
Minimum bachelor's degree in chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
Expertise in AAS, ICP, HPLC, GC.
Understand for maintain and problem solving of instrument equipment.
Familiar with ISO standard (17025, 22000, 45001 is advantage).
Familiar with method validation.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, including at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in the manufacture or a related field.
Strong understanding of laboratory testing principles, quality management systems, and laboratory testing procedures.
Hands-on experience in operating, supervising, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in managing, coaching, and developing laboratory personnel.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Willing to be based in Serang, Banten.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the daily laboratory operations to ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with established quality standards, procedures, and operational targets.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the laboratory team's workload while providing guidance, coaching, and performance support.
Ensure accurate and timely testing and analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products in compliance with company standards.
Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly operated, maintained, and calibrated according to established procedures and schedules.
Review, verify, and approve laboratory test results before they are released to relevant stakeholders.
Develop, evaluate, and continuously improve laboratory procedures, testing methods, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety (HSE) requirements, housekeeping standards, and quality management systems.
Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and other relevant departments to ensure raw material and finished product quality meets specifications.
Lead investigations into out-of-specification (OOS) results and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare laboratory performance reports, analyze testing trends, and provide recommendations to support continuous improvement in product quality and operational processes.
