Job summary

Alcon MX is seeking a Technician III in Repair & Maintenance Engineering. You will plan, design, and implement maintenance programs for facilities and equipment, building strong relationships to coordinate work and review technical specs.

You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronics preferred) and good knowledge of automation, HPLC, and CSV.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics preferred).
• Basics of automation and HPLC.
• Strong Preventive Maintenance knowledge.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year preferred.
• Good Bahasa Indonesia and passive English communication.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Power BI experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CSV (Computer System Validation) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Review engineering specifications and assist installation.
• Read schematics, manuals, and work instructions.
• Coordinate maintenance with facilities and equipment teams.
• Support EQE activities to aid shift operations.
