Job summary

Alcon in Indonesia seeks a Technician III, Repair & Maintenance Engineering to support facilities and equipment. You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and assist with equipment installation and testing.

You should hold a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics), have good knowledge of automation and HPLC, and be familiar with Preventive Maintenance. Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of experience preferred.

The Technician III, Repair & Maintenance Engineering (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), is primarily responsible for managing technical tasks in planning, designing, and implementing maintenance programs for facilities and equipment. You will be expected to build effective and meaningful relationships to coordinate maintenance work, review engineering specifications, and participate in equipment installation.

In this role, a typical day will include:

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Diploma Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics preferred)
• Good basic knowledge of automation and HPLC
• Strong understanding of Preventive Maintenance
• Open to fresh graduates; 1 year of experience is preferred
• Good communication skills in Bahasa and passive English-speaking ability
• Hands‑on technical hands‑on skills for troubleshooting and repair would be preferred
• Good understanding of Power BI or similar tools would be preferred
• Good knowledge of CSV (Computer System Validation) would be preferred
