Job summary

Alcon in Indonesia is seeking a Sr. Associate, General Facilities Management (Science/Tech/Engineering Path) to lead facilities tasks and projects, ensure compliance, and support process efficiency.

You will coordinate with suppliers, manage budgets for projects, maintain documentation, and follow SOPs to sustain quality and safety across facilities.

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation and ensure rigorous quality control.

This role is part of Alcon’s Facilities & Administration function. Sr. Associate, General Facilities Management (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), is primarily responsible for running specific facilities management tasks and projects, making minor decisions, and supporting process efficiency and compliance. You’ll need strong attention to detail, communication, and task management skills.
