Job summary

Alcon in Indonesia seeks a Technician III, Repair & Maintenance Engineering to support facilities and equipment. You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and assist with equipment installation and testing.

You should hold a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics), have good knowledge of automation and HPLC, and be familiar with Preventive Maintenance. Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics).
Good knowledge of automation and HPLC.
Strong understanding of Preventive Maintenance.
Open to fresh graduates; 1 year of experience preferred.
Good communication skills in Bahasa and passive English.
Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.
Power BI or similar tools preferred.
CSV (Computer System Validation) knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Performing hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance following established procedures.
Identifying technical issues and determining effective repair solutions.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions.
Operating and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and electronic components safely.
Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments accurately.
Supporting installation, modification, and testing of equipment.
Ensuring equipment meets required specifications after repair.
Handling EQE activities to support shift operations.
