Qualifications

• Diploma (D3), preferably in IT or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Good understanding of SDLC.
• Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Strong writing, communication, and attention to detail.
