Job summary

Knauf Indonesia is seeking a capable Technical Training Officer for a 1-year contract based in Bali. The role focuses on delivering product and system knowledge to internal teams, customers, and applicators, while supporting project supervision and technical resolution.

You will conduct trainings, deliver presentations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to Knauf Experience Center operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in technical training or related field.
• 1 year of experience in building material development or material building.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Strong English written and spoken.
• Experience installing drywall and gypsum ceiling systems.
• Understanding of construction processes in projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for internal and external participants at the training center and onsite projects.
• Deliver system and solution presentations to customers and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to products and applications.
• Carry out project supervision, including site visits, onsite training, and reporting.
• Support customer events such as applicator gatherings and customer gatherings.
• Take charge of Knauf Experience Center daily operations.
• Investigate customer complaints and provide technical support.
• Create ceiling and drywall system mock-ups.

We are looking for a capable and hands-on Technical Training Officer to join our team on a 1-year contract, based in Bali. This role is suited to someone with a strong technical background in drywall and ceiling systems, good presentation skills, and the ability to support both training and project-related activities.

• Experience in installing drywall and gypsum ceiling systems

• Good command of English, both written and spoken
