Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction with 3+ years of on-site supervision, strong communication, and ability to read technical drawings. Two placements available: Ubud and Uluwatu, with growth within an expanding firm.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of solid on-site construction supervision experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, contractor management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Daily Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage site workers, and optimize labor productivity.
• Quality & Compliance: Conduct rigorous daily inspections of workmanship and materials to ensure strict compliance with project drawings and specifications.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor and verify completed works against construction schedules, actively reporting any site issues or potential delays.
• Coordination: Smoothly coordinate on-site contractors, sub-contractors, and material suppliers.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate, detailed daily site records, progress reports, and logs.
• Safety First: Actively support and enforce on-site safety, health, and compliance initiatives.

The Opportunities

• 2 Site Supervisors – Based in Ubud
• Site Supervisor – Based in Uluwatu

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Supervisor, you will lead daily on-site operations, managing contractors and workers to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
