Job summary

PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to design and implement a comprehensive training roadmap for software engineers. The role involves creating technical curricula, learning materials, and assessment instruments to ensure robust knowledge transfer.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of training or mentoring experience, strong facilitation skills, and a solid grasp of adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in the relevant domain with demonstrated training or mentoring experience.
• Strong command of the development chapter's technical subject matter.
• Knowledge in adult learning and training design principles.
• Skills in facilitation, presentation, and curriculum development.
• Able to assess learning outcomes and iterating on materials.
• Training or instructional-design certification is an advantage.
