Job summary

AXA Group is seeking a Training and Learning Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the Sales and product teams in Indonesia. You will manage end-to-end module development, conduct TNA, create content, and coordinate Train-the-Trainer sessions with stakeholders.

You will collaborate with the Digital Learning team to develop e-learning modules and assessments, leveraging AI tools to enhance engagement and measure impact across the sales force.

• Proficient in creating presentation materials and slides, with an eye for clarity and impact.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities to convey training content effectively.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with confidence engaging audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs encompassing TNA, module design and development, and training evaluation levels.
• Manage end-to-end module development and obtain stakeholder approvals; organize Train-the-Trainer sessions.

Job Descriptions

• Develop training programs encompassing Training Needs Analysis (TNA), module design and development, as well as training evaluation (Level 1, Level 2, and NPNS for product-related training).
• Manage the end-to-end module development process, ensuring comprehensive content preparation and obtaining approvals from relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with related parties to organize Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for trainers.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to identify business needs, particularly for sales training initiatives.
• Work closely with the Digital Learning team to develop e-learning modules and assessments for the Sales Force.

Requirement

• Proficient in creating presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Canva, with a strong ability to leverage AI tools effectively.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills will be an added advantage.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively and engage audiences.
