Job summary

PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi seeks an experienced Training Designer to shape and deliver the software engineering training roadmap within the agreed timeline. You will design program structure, learning objectives, and assessments to ensure practical outcomes.

You will develop technical training syllabi and learning materials, apply adult-learning principles, and facilitate sessions while maintaining high trainee and stakeholder satisfaction through iterative improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in the relevant domain with demonstrated training or mentoring experience.
• Strong command of the development chapter's technical subject matter.
• Knowledge in adult learning and training design principles.

Responsibilities
