Job summary

CV GIGA SOLUSI is looking for a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to understand customers' technical needs and deliver the right products and solutions from initial consultation to implementation and purchase.

You will collaborate with sales to leverage technical expertise, develop prototypes, and present technical solutions. Travel to customers is required, and strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as an FAE or in a related technical role; fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of electronics, embedded systems, and microcontrollers is desirable.

Responsibilities

Understand the company’s products and solutions and effectively explain them to customers.
Provide technical support from design through implementation.
Develop prototypes based on customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical solution presentations to customers.
Develop relationships and support the process from requirements to purchase.
Travel to customers and support business trips as needed.
