Job summary

The PT Hilti Nusantara team is seeking a field-based engineer to provide technical advice and education to customers, helping secure early specifications in design. You will work with architects and engineers, delivering training, and building a strong specification pipeline across Indonesia.

You’ll collaborate with the sales force to demonstrate Hilti products, software and services, and you’ll manage your own diary with autonomy while supported by a Technical Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years as Engineer in structural consultant or contractor.
• Agile approach to solving problems.
• Strong communication in Bahasa & English.
• Willing to work with high mobility as Field-based team.
• Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed.
• Open for working placement all across Indonesia region.

Responsibilities

• Offer technical support and expertise to clients, ensuring they understand and implement the best passive fire protection solutions.
• Work closely with Architects to integrate Hilti’s products into their designs and projects.
• Bring the value proposition of products, services and software and drive technical solution adoption building up to a strong specification pipeline.
• Develop relationships with architectural practices by offering ongoing training, educational resources, and participating in networking events
