The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B sales, proven IT solutions experience, and strong C-level engagement skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Indonesian market knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or sales leadership capacity.
• Proven experience selling IT solutions, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, system integration, or managed services.
• Established B2B client relationships in Indonesia is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2B sales activities for existing accounts and new business.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop account growth plans to increase contract value and CLV.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to tailor solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide pipeline updates to leadership.
