Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Asia Pacific is seeking a Technical Service Representative for General Industry Coating to support sales growth and customer development through on-site technical services and product introductions.

You will maintain customer relationships, troubleshoot coating problems, adjust spraying parameters, and coordinate with R&D, lab, sales, and production to ensure seamless collaboration and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Science/engineering degree or higher; experienced candidates may have high school
• 5–8 years of experience in coating technical services or in the field of application tools
• Experience in project operation, customer maintenance and marketing
• Independent and proactive problem solving in industrial paint applications
• Good oral and written communication skills and ability to identify problems and solutions
• Familiar with office software and email
• Strong attention to detail and self-control

Responsibilities

• Assist sales to expand development of new customers and provide on-site verification services
• Maintain orders from existing customers and provide on-site technical services, introduce new products and equipment
• Communicate and discuss paint problems with customers, solve on-site problems, and maintain good customer relations
• Participate in the team to debug new projects, coordinating customer personnel and on-site inspections
• Understand equipment and coating process, adjust spraying parameters according to product characteristics
• Communicate closely with internal laboratory, sales, and production to feedback information and realize value of internal team cooperation
• Provide help and support to internal and external personnel
• Cooperate with R&D to assist colleagues to follow up new products and customer complaints
• Provide technical services in construction machinery industry or related fields

This role involves providing technical services to support sales expansion and customer development in specific areas. You will participate in debugging new projects, coordinate with customer personnel, and conduct on-site inspections. About you

• Good oral and written expression skills and strong communication skills
• Ability to identify problems and find solutions in a timely manner
