Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced Sales Manager – Coating Raw Materials to drive growth across a portfolio of pigments, resins, and additives for architectural paints, industrial coatings, inks, and protective coatings.

You will manage and expand a B2B client base, identify new market opportunities, coordinate technical trials with R&D, negotiate prices, and ensure timely orders and payments to sustain strong sales growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B chemical sales experience.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Coating Raw Materials to drive business growth across a comprehensive portfolio of coating and paint raw materials. In this role, you will manage, develop, and hold B2B accounts in the architectural paint, industrial coatings, printing inks, and protective coatings sectors. You will act as a trusted commercial and technical partner, offering complete raw material solutions including pigments, additives (defoamer, wetting agent, levelling agent, dispersing agent), resins, and solvents.

Key responsibilities

Manage and expand business relationships with paint, ink, and coatings manufacturers

Identify new market opportunities and introduce new product portfolios to existing clients and acquire new accounts

Collaborate with R&D teams and client laboratories to coordinate technical trials, samples, and product qualification

Manage client requirement estimates, price negotiation, orders, and payment terms to ensure stable sales growth

About you

Active client portfolio in the paint, ink, or coatings manufacturing industry (highly preferred)

Minimum 3 years of successful experience in B2B chemical sales, raw materials distribution, or technical sales in the coatings industry

Understanding of the characteristics and applications of coating raw materials (pigments, resins, functional additives, and solvents)

Strong communication skills, price negotiation ability, customer relationship management, and business presentation capabilities

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Management/Business, or related field (relevant work experience in the same industry will be highly considered)
