Job summary

Sika in Indonesia is seeking a Technical Service Engineer (Dispenser System) to ensure smooth operations of admixture dispenser systems. You will supervise teams, coordinate with departments, and support customers and sales teams on equipment issues.

The role requires a Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering background, at least two years' experience with batching plants or dosing systems, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Job Description

As a Technical Service Engineer (Dispenser System), you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations related to our admixture dispenser systems. Your key responsibilities include:

• Supervising the team to meet job order specifications, standards, and procedures for admixture dispensers.
• Coordinating effectively with relevant departments to ensure timely product delivery, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Provide daily support for customers, sales teams, and operation team regarding equipment systems, including responding to inquiries, analyzing issues, and restoring equipment operations promptly.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with concrete batching plants, dosing system, pumps, automation system or construction chemicals will be an advantage
• Proven ability to supervise and monitor teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction in admixture dispenser operations and product delivery.
• Good communication skills and working proficiency in English.
• Valid SIM A driving license.
• Willingness to travel is necessary to meet job responsibilities and organizational needs.
