Job summary

Sika in Indonesia is seeking a Technical Service Engineer (Dispenser System) to ensure smooth operation of admixture dispenser systems. You will supervise teams, coordinate with departments, and provide daily support to customers, sales, and operations, resolving issues and maintaining equipment uptime.

Requirements include a relevant engineering degree and at least 2 years’ experience with concrete batching or dosing systems; strong English communication and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years' experience with concrete batching plants or dosing systems.
• Experience supervising teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams to meet specs for admixture dispensers.
