Job summary

Sika adalah perusahaan kimia khusus yang mencari Teknisi Teknis yang sangat mobile untuk tim Channel Distribution di Indonesia. Anda akan memberikan dukungan teknis di lapangan, pelatihan produk, dan pengenalan menyeluruh mengenai Sistem dan Produk Sika kepada pelanggan serta distributor.

Peran ini menuntut latar belakang teknik sipil, kemampuan bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris yang baik, serta kesiapan bepergian ke seluruh Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana Teknik Sipil.
• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman kerja di peran serupa dalam konstruksi atau bahan kimia konstruksi.
• Kuasai bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris untuk komunikasi dengan tim & pelanggan.

Responsibilities

• Dukungan teknis di lokasi untuk pelanggan dan distributor.
• Pelatihan produk dan pengenalan sistem Sika kepada pelanggan.
• Menjalankan pengujian produk secara berkala (internal/kompetitor).
• Mengembangkan rencana peningkatan kualitas layanan teknis.
• Mengidentifikasi peluang efisiensi proses, penghematan biaya, dan peningkatan produktivitas.
• Berkolaborasi lintas fungsi untuk analisa umpan balik pelanggan dan perbaikan berkelanjutan.

Uraian Pekerjaan

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and mobile Technical Engineer to join our Channel Distribution team. You will play a critical role in driving our business expansion, specifically providing expert technical support for the Vertical Market (VM) Residential segment and Sika Pro Centers across Indonesia. If you have a strong civil engineering background, a passion for product training, and love working directly in the field with contractors and distributors, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description):

• Customer & Field Support: Support customers and distributors by providing hands-on, on-site technical support, product training, and comprehensive introductions to Sika Systems and Products.
• Segment Expansion: Execute product mock-ups, conduct applicator/contractor training, and create QC Modules specifically targeting the Vertical Market (VM) Residential segment and Sika Pro Centers.
• Product Testing: Conduct rigorous product testing (both internal product development and external competitor comparisons) on a regular basis.
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement targeted improvement plans to address identified operational gaps, ensuring the absolute highest quality of technical support delivery.
• Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and increased productivity in the delivery of technical solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply analyze customer feedback, track performance, and resolve recurring technical issues or challenges in the field.

Kualifikasi

Candidate Requirements (Qualifications):

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in a similar role within the construction chemicals or general construction industries.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and application methods.
  • Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to converse effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Mobility: Highly mobile and strictly willing to travel across Indonesia as required by business and project needs
