Job summary

Sika in Indonesia is seeking a Technical Service Engineer (Dispenser System) to ensure smooth operations of admixture dispenser systems. You will supervise teams, coordinate with departments, and support customers and sales teams on equipment issues.

The role requires a Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering background, at least two years' experience with batching plants or dosing systems, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with concrete batching plants or dosing systems.
• Ability to supervise teams and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams to meet job order specs for admixture dispensers.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide daily support to customers, sales, and operations on equipment systems.
• Respond to inquiries, analyze issues and restore equipment operations promptly.
• Ensure compliance with standards and procedures for admixture dispensers.
