Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in related industries
• Diploma degree in Culinary Arts or Food & Beverage
• Experience as Pastry/Culinary Chef or Barista is highly regarded
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Excellent knowledge of local markets and trends
• Computer literacy is required

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets
• Introduce Rich's products and applications to customers
• Consult and guide customers on product usage
• Build and manage accounts including distributors and end users
• Tailor product mix to grow volumes and profitability
• Support product launches and promotional activities
• Build industry relationships and report on market insights
