JAC Recruitment is assisting a leading international manufacturer of chocolate, confectionery, bakery ingredients, fats and oils to find a National Sales Manager for Indonesia. You will drive revenue growth through new business, strategic account development, and distributor expansion, reporting to regional leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sales, 3–5 years in a senior leadership role, is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and is willing to travel up to 70%.

Formación

• 10+ years of sales experience in the chocolate & confectionery, bakery ingredients, or fats & oils industry.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (National Sales Manager / Country Sales Manager / Senior Business Development Manager).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia (up to 70%).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; bakery/pastry background is a plus.

Our client is a leading international manufacturer of chocolate, confectionery, bakery, specialty fats & oils, and margarine solutions, serving customers across the industrial, HORECA, and retail sectors.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across Indonesia through new business acquisition, strategic account development, and distributor expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership role (National Sales Manager, Country Sales Manager, or Senior Business Development Manager), within the chocolate & confectionery, bakery & pastry ingredients, or specialty fats & oils industry.


• Strong track record of expanding distributor networks, opening large-scale key accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth across Indonesia.


• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.


• Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia (up to 70%).


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Bakery or pastry background is a plus.
