Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment firm, is partnering with an organisation in the industrial sector to hire a Technical Sales Manager for Advanced Energy Solutions in Indonesia. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the energy sector and advancing oil & gas projects.

You will lead technical presentations, proposals, and negotiations, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8–12+ years in oil & gas, energy, technical sales or business development.
• Experience with emerging energy technologies or subsurface applications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key customers, EPCs and stakeholders.
• Identify and develop projects from early stage through tender and award.
• Provide technical-commercial solutions involving tubular products, advanced materials, corrosion management and well-integrity applications.
