Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an Executive Recruitment firm, partners with an energy organisation to recruit a Technical Sales Manager - Advanced Energy Solutions in Indonesia. The role drives growth across energy and oil & gas projects, leading technical-commercial solutions and strategic account development.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years in energy technical sales, a engineering degree, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, and the ability to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8-12+ years of experience in oil & gas, energy, technical sales or business development.
• Experience with emerging energy technologies or specialised subsurface applications is highly desirable.
• Established network within the Indonesian oil & gas or energy industry is an advantage.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key customers, EPCs and industry stakeholders.
• Identify and develop projects from early-stage development through tender and commercial award.
• Provide technical-commercial solutions involving tubular products, advanced materials, corrosion management and well-integrity applications.
• Prepare and lead technical presentations, proposals, tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing and technical teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
• Monitor market trends, projects, competitors and relevant technical developments.
• Develop sales strategies, manage the opportunity pipeline and achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Build long-term relationships with strategic customers and project stakeholders.
