Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is looking for a Sales Engineer in the manufacturing packaging sector. You will design and develop plastic molds using SolidWorks, interpret drawings, and consult with customers on mold specifications.

You will coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and maintain strong relationships. You will visit customers for direct consultations, prepare progress reports for management, and work with internal teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Business level of English.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in plastic packaging or plastic mold manufacturing.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Own SIM A.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop plastic molds using SolidWorks based on customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate design and development.
• Visit customers to discuss and provide direct consultation regarding mold design and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and proper execution of projects.
• Negotiate with customers and suppliers when required while maintaining good business relationships.
• Prepare regular reports and provide project updates to management.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
• Other tasks as assigned.
