Job summary

PT Zagro Indonesia is seeking Technical Sales Executives to strengthen distributor relations in the Animal Health division and to uncover new market and product opportunities. The role focuses on establishing selling opportunities, direct sales, and delivering market feedback to shape our marketing strategy.

Candidates should hold a degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine with 3–5 years in feed additive or premix, plus strong English communication and presentation skills to explain

Qualifications

• Degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine or related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in feed additive or premix industry.
• Fluent English with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong presentation skills to explain technical issues.
• Proactive, self-motivated with teamwork and relationship-building.

Job responsibilities:

Day to day contact with distributors

Identify new market and new product opportunities

Establish selling opportunities for both old and new contacts

Establish direct sales opportunities

Provide feedback and input from the market to help shape marketing strategies for our products and services

Provide technical support and organize support for solving problems

Job requirements:

Possess a degree in Animal Science/Veterinary Medicine or a related discipline

3 to 5 years of relevant experience specifically in feed additive or vitamin/mineral premix industry is a must

Ability to speak and write English with good communication, writing and customer service skills

Able to communicate technical issues with effective presentation skills

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Good customer and distributor contacts. Sales skills and technical knowledge mandatory

Highly proactive and self-motivated

Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers
