Qualifications

• Must hold Profesi Dokter Hewan or S1 Peternakan.

• Willingness to be placed in Bali and travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell poultry feed and DOC (Day Old Chick) to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle and resolve technical issues directly for customers with on-site guidance.
• Actively seek out and acquire new customers to expand market reach in Bali.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver product presentations and conduct consultative discussions, highlighting technical features and business benefits.

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Bali. This is a strategic position that combines technical husbandry knowledge with sales skills, enabling you to drive business growth whilst providing exceptional customer support. You will be the vital bridge between our technical capabilities and our clients' business needs, working closely with customers to market our core products, resolve technical issues, and ensure long-term satisfaction in a growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell poultry feed and DOC (Day Old Chick) to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle and resolve technical issues directly for customers, providing expert on-site guidance and support.
• Actively seek out and acquire new customers to expand market reach in the Bali region.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver product presentations and consultative discussions, clearly articulating technical features and business benefits.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators established for the territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

What we're looking for

• Professional Degree in Veterinary Medicine (Profesi Dokter Hewan) or a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Husbandry (S1 Peternakan).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, candidates with previous experience as a Technical Service and Sales Representative (TSSR) will be highly preferred.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients and propose tailored solutions.
• Possess a valid SIM A driving licence and are fully capable of driving a car.
• Willingness to be placed in Bali and travel across the region to visit clients.
• A customer-centric mindset, self-motivated, and capable of working independently whilst meeting targets.
