Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial equipment, packaging, printing or related sectors.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and maintaining customer relationships.
• Knowledge of packaging industry is an advantage.
• Existing client network in Bandung area.
• Residence in Bandung and willingness to travel within Bandung region.
• Customer-oriented with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Strong sales, service and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Driver Licence: A or C with a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and expand business with existing customers.
• Identify and develop prospective customers within the assigned territory.
• Provide product information, technical support, and after-sales service.
• Generate sales leads, follow up on opportunities, and close sales deals.
• Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable products or systems based on customer requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, manage orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Assist customers in resolving product-related issues and suggest improvements.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide improvement recommendations to management.
• Prepare sales forecasts and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Manage projects and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
