AI Rudder is seeking a proactive Customer Success / Technical Support professional in Jakarta to serve as the frontline technical contact. You will diagnose issues, enable self-service resources, monitor account health, analyze data, and relay customer feedback to product teams.

The role requires English and Indonesian fluency, with Mandarin a plus, and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Join a global AI product company and contribute to meaningful customer outcomes across diverse enterprises.

Qualifications

3–5 years in Customer Success/Support or technical client-facing role in SaaS/AI.
Problem-solving under technical roadblocks with composure.
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integration concepts.
Detail-oriented with data accuracy.
Fluent in English and Indonesian; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

Technical Q&A & Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot system and integration issues.
Self-Service Enablement: Build knowledge bases and self-service materials for customers.
Customer Retention: Monitor account health and ensure value delivery.
Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze operational data to identify AI logic adjustments.
Product Feedback Loop: Consolidate user feedback for product and engineering teams.
