Job summary

Speakly AI Inc is seeking a Project Delivery Manager (Customer Success Track) to own the implementation and delivery of its AI products for clients in Indonesia. You will drive requirement confirmation, deployment, testing, go-live and acceptance, acting as the local point of contact for daily client communication and on-site support where needed.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise software, AI products or related technical service projects.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple full-cycle projects from initiation to go-live and acceptance.
• Strong project management, execution and cross-team coordination skills.
• Ability to propose actionable solutions under limited resources or ambiguous requirements.
• Solid technical aptitude and learning capability.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation and delivery of the company's AI products and related solutions for clients in Indonesia.
• Drive requirement confirmation, solution deployment, testing, go-live and project acceptance to ensure delivery timeline and quality.
• Develop and maintain project plans, implementation plans and delivery documentation.
• Manage project scope, requirement changes and risks.
• Coordinate with PM, product, engineering and algorithm teams based in China to resolve issues and drive closure.
• Conduct product training, onboarding support and after-sales issue follow-up for clients.
• Help resolve adoption barriers and improve product utilization and business outcomes.
• Sustain client relationships after project handover and monitor product adoption and client satisfaction.
• Take ownership of customer success activities, renewal risk identification and long-term account management.
• Build local delivery and service best practices.

Project Delivery Manager (Customer Success Track)

Own the implementation and delivery of the company's AI products and related solutions for clients in Indonesia. Drive requirement confirmation, solution deployment, testing, go-live and project acceptance to ensure delivery timeline and quality. Act as the primary local point of contact for daily client communication, understand client business requirements and manage delivery expectations. Provide on-site support as required by projects, and undertake business trips to Indonesia and neighboring Southeast Asian countries.

About you

Bachelor's degree or above

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise software, AI products or related technical service projects

Proven track record of independently delivering multiple full-cycle projects from initiation to go-live and acceptance

Strong project management, execution and cross-team coordination skills

Capable of driving project planning, requirement management, risk mitigation and client acceptance

Able to propose actionable solutions under limited resources or ambiguous requirements

Solid technical aptitude and learning capability

Able to comprehend AI project business scenarios, data preparation, performance validation and acceptance criteria

Working proficiency in both Indonesian and English for client meetings, project communications and documentation

Demonstrated cross-cultural collaboration skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Fluent in Chinese
• Project experience in finance, contact center or related industries
• Hands-on experience in customer success, adoption promotion, account health management, renewal or upsell support
• Certifications such as PMP or CCSM (Customer Success certification)
