Job summary

Flex is seeking a Technical Project Manager based in Batam to manage Transfer Product Projects and ensure seamless handover to the line organization.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, a solid understanding of production and quality processes, and strong English communication. You will report to the Engineering Manager and drive readiness and risk mitigation across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a relevant role.
• Strong production and quality knowledge.
• Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute project documentation according to process.
• Report project status and escalate risks.
• Coordinate Production Readiness for TPI product and line qualification.
• Deliver Producibility report and drive RCCA for test runs.
• Work with lead site TPM to ensure on-time delivery per project plan with quality.
• Ensure seamless handover of deliverables to line organization.
• Contribute to process establishment and optimization.

The Technical Project Manager will be based in Batam reporting to Engineering Manager, the TPM role involves in managing Transfer Product Project to meet projects deliverables and secure seamless handover to line organization.

Responsibilities

• To carry out effectively and efficiently all tasks and activities assigned to this position.
• Continuously develop the competence to improve the quality and efficiency for the project management work.
• Follow up policies, procedures as well as company standard in daily work.

Main Task

• To prepare/collect/distribute related project documentation according to process
• To regularly report TPI Project status, highlight issues, escalation high risks
• Coordinate Production Readiness for TPI product and line qualification
• Deliver Producibility report, drive RCCA for test runs
• Closely work with lead site TPM to Secure on time delivery according to project plan with good quality
• Secure project deliverables seamless to line organization.
• Contribute to process establishment and optimization.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical, manufacturing engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years working experience in Project Management relevant position.
• Good knowledge on Production knowledge and Quality knowledge.
• Good knowledge in English language, both in speaking and writing.
