Job summary

Lancesoft APAC is seeking a Project Lead to steer enterprise custom development projects from planning through delivery and handover, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will own the technical architecture, approve design and test scenarios, and coordinate across SA, Tech Lead, Developers, QA, Product, Implementation, and Production Support to keep projects scalable and maintainable, leveraging AI/automation where possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience with 2-3 years in a team lead or senior role.
• Experience in handling Enterprise Custom Development Projects.
• Understanding of SDLC, Software Architecture, System Integration, Database, API, Code Review, Agile/Scrum, and Quality Assurance practices.
• Able to lead technical teams, manage resources, set work priorities, control timelines, and perform risk and stakeholder management.
• Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills, and proactive in driving continuous improvement, documentation, and the use of AI/Automation in the development process.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools, Project Management Tools (Jira/Azure DevOps), and Version Control Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure all technical delivery activities of custom development projects, from planning, technical design, development, testing, to handover to the client, in line with timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the technical owner of the project, ensuring the quality of architecture, implementation, documentation, and governance.
• Provide approval for Technical Design and SA Test Scenarios.
• Coordinate cross-functionally (SA, Tech Lead, Developer, QE, Product, Implementation, Production Support) to ensure the project runs effectively, scalably, and maintainably.
