About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to lead the development and delivery of multiple AI-focused products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders, providing technical direction while ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

What You’ll Do

Lead and oversee cross-functional teams across.

Drive the end-to-end product development process,

Translate stakeholder requirements into clear technical solutions and development plans.

Provide technical guidance on system architecture, design, and implementation.

Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies, and team execution

Estimate and plan production infrastructure/server requirements based on product needs and expected workload.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools, Vibe Coding, and Agentic AI to improve development efficiency and product delivery.

Identify technical risks and proactively resolve blockers to ensure successful delivery.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of experience in Full Stack Engineer, Technical Leadership, or Product Development.

Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing multiple projects/products.

Strong technical understanding of:

• Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript

Strong knowledge of system architecture, system design, and production infrastructure.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Experience with AI products is highly preferred.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills.

Willing to work Full WFO (Work From Office).

Nice to Have

Experience building or delivering AI/GenAI products.

Experience with cloud infrastructure and production server sizing.

Experience in both technical leadership and project management.
