Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Jakarta is seeking a senior technical lead to steer custom development projects from planning through handover, ensuring timelines, quality and client satisfaction.

You will own the technical vision, approve designs and test scenarios, coordinate across SA, Tech Lead, Developers, QE, Product, and Implementation teams, and drive continuous improvement using AI/Automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in software development with 2-3 years in a team lead or senior technical role.
• Experience handling enterprise custom development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, software architecture, system integration, API, and QA practices.
• Ability to lead technical teams, manage resources, prioritize work, and manage risks and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with proactive continuous improvement mindset.

Act as technical owner of the project ensuring quality of architecture, implementation, documentation, and governance.

Coordinate across functions (SA, Tech Lead, Developer, QE, Product, Implementation, Production Support) to ensure project runs effectively, scalably, and maintainably

Requirements

Minimum 5 years in software development, with minimum 2-3 years experience as Team Lead or Senior Technical Role

Experienced in handling Enterprise Custom Development Projects

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Architecture, System Integration, Database, API, Code Review, Agile/Scrum, and Quality Assurance practices

Able to lead technical teams, manage resources, prioritize work, control timelines, and conduct risk management and stakeholder management

Strong communication, analysis, problem solving, and coordination capabilities with proactive approach to driving continuous improvement, documentation, and utilization of AI/Automation in development processes

Familiar with AI-assisted development tools, Project Management Tools (Jira/Azure DevOps), and Version Control System
