Qualifications

8+ years of experience in full stack engineering, technical leadership, or product development.
Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing multiple projects/products.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with AI products is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee cross-functional teams across multiple AI-focused products.
Drive end-to-end product development process and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Translate stakeholder requirements into clear technical solutions and development plans.
Provide technical guidance on system architecture, design, and implementation.
Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies, and team execution.
Estimate and plan production infrastructure/server requirements based on product needs and workload.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and delivery.
Identify technical risks and proactively resolve blockers.
