Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Jakarta is seeking a senior technical lead to steer custom development projects from planning through handover, ensuring timelines, quality and client satisfaction.

You will own the technical vision, approve designs and test scenarios, coordinate across SA, Tech Lead, Developers, QE, Product, and Implementation teams, and drive continuous improvement using AI/Automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in software development with 2-3 years in a team lead or senior technical role.
• Experience handling enterprise custom development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, software architecture, system integration, API, and QA practices.
• Ability to lead technical teams, manage resources, prioritize work, and manage risks and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with proactive continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure all technical delivery activities for custom development projects from planning to handover.
• Act as technical owner of the project, ensuring architecture quality, implementation, documentation, and governance.
• Provide approval on technical design and test scenarios.
• Coordinate across functions (SA, Tech Lead, Developer, QE, Product, Implementation, Production Support) to ensure smooth, scalable delivery.
