Job summary

PT Orange Inovasi Digital is seeking a Technical Operations professional to monitor production systems and coordinate incident response. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure service availability and implement improvements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical operations, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with APIs and system integration within fintech or payment environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Operations, IT Operations, Production, or similar role.
• Experience handling production incidents, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in high-volume environments.
• Familiarity with API, system integration, logs, databases, and basic troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams.

Job description

Monitor and manage production systems to ensure availability, stability, and optimal performance across digital financial services

Handle and troubleshoot production incidents, including transaction failures, system errors, and service disruptions, and coordinate escalation when required

Support the end-to-end technical integration and operational readiness of external partners, including payment, QRIS, and other financial service integrations

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal technical teams to investigate issues, track resolutions, and ensure SLA adherence

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to reduce manual operational work and improve service reliability

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Operations, IT Operations, Production, or similar role

Experience in handling production incidents, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and issue resolution in a high-volume environment

Familiarity with API, system integration, logs, databases, and basic troubleshooting of technical issues

Experience working with external vendors, technology partners, and cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents effectively

Experience in fintech, payments, banking, e-commerce, or other transaction-based industries is highly preferred

Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and incident management practices is a plus
